The law governing Iran's foreign investment is the "Foreign Investment Encouragement and Support Law" approved in 2002 AD, which is included in this collection under the title It will be referred to as the "Foreign Investment Law". The scope of this law extends to the entire territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran and all foreign investors can invest in the country based on this law.
